The Right Way To Buy A Car Our tagline, that we are "The right way to buy a car" is more than just an advertising tagline. It means that we won't run newspaper ads designed to trick you into coming in on a deal that's not real. And when you do come in, it means we'll treat you like a valued guest. How do we do it? We can't give away all our secrets, but we start by hiring nice people. (As someone once said, that's easier than training people to be nice). Then, we have a whole series of guidelines that we strive to follow, modeled after the finest companies in the hospitality business since unfortunately, we couldn't find too many folks to benchmark in our own industry. Sentry is a family business owned and operated by Fraser Lemley (Chairman and CEO) and Chris Lemley (President). Sentry employs more than 250 people, all in Massachusetts. We also have a corporate goal to support worthy causes in the communities where we do business, primarily involving children and families fighting poverty and homelessness. Four Steps of Service Greet customers warmly and sincerely. Use the customer’s name if and when possible (title and last name as in Mr. X, Ms. Y, unless the customer instructs otherwise); otherwise use “sir” and “ma’am.” Acknowledge everyone (customers and employees) within ten feet (the “10-foot rule”).
Respond to the customer’s needs without being asked. Under-promise & over-deliver. Not by too much, but by just enough — like a baker’s dozen. Great dealership! I highly recommend it. Their website is fairly easy to navigate and they have a huge line-up of cars to choose from. I ended up trading in my old Saturn for a new Mazda 3 and got a great price on it. The sales person who took me out on a test drive was very friendly and explained how the new Mazda 3 was different from its predecessors. I had a hassle-free trade-in process. Overall, I was very happy with the experience. |

I had a very pleasant experience at Sentry South. These guys are great at what they do! I had an accident last month and damaged the rear axles on my car. I took my car to the Sentry body shop and they offered me the best quote around the city. I had emailed a couple of body shops but ended up choosing Sentry - I am glad I did. My car was back to me within 1 week and it drives just like before. Great job guys - I was very impressed! I highly recommend this place! |

I had an accident over the summer and damaged my front bumper quite badly. I was recommended Sentry by a friend and I have to admit, I was very happy with the way these guys did the repair. I was given a quote from various other body shops but Sentry offered the best price with the shortest time demand for the work. I got my car back pretty quickly and they did a fantastic job at touch ups and replacing the bumper. It was a huge relief for me and I thank Sentry! |

I have been taking my car to Sentry for regular maintenance and servicing for a year now. So far, I've had a pleasant experience and the customer service at this dealership is absolutely great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment can be a bit tricky at times due to a lot of rush but they always manage to accomodate me according to my convinience. All the servicing work is done failry quick and I am always given a detailed description of the work done. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and I will definitely recommend this dealership. |
