Cardio Muscle Mix You'll be fit in no time with this high energy, fat burning 45 min. cardio workout combined with 45 mins. of muscle mix to get a great 90 min workout. Cardio Circuit Challenge A high energy, intense, challenging, and fun class to improve cardiovascular endurance, upper and lower body and core strength, flexibility, agility, and mental focus. It will include running drills, jump rope, body weights and more! Kickin' Cardio This class will be a fantastic total body workout, incorporating kick boxing moves on the step and floor. It's a fun way to burn body fat while strengthening and toning every muscle from head to toe! Pilates Obtain optimal musculoskeletal performance, strength, flexibility and endurance. It will focus on core stability, pelvic and shoulder stabilization and patterned breathing. It will relieve tension and leave you with a balanced, stronger and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease. Power Step A combination of step, upper and lower body conditioning and ab work using weights, body balls, medicine balls, body bars and exercise tubes to get you in the best shape ever. Xtreme Strength A balanced medley of upper and lower body resistance exercises to tone and shape for a total body strength workout. Class size limit of 18 people, first come first serve basis. A ticket may be picked up at the front desk up to 30 minutes before class to reserve a sport. No phone calls accepted, thanks you. Yoga Body Ball A fusion of the ultimate mind/body practice of yoga and added ball work. This class will giveyou the flexibility and strength from yoga and the core stability and balance qualities that result from working with at stability ball. Yogalates A fusion of pilates core strength conditioning and the ultimate mind/body practice of Yoga. Yoga For All Ages and Abilities. You'll be more fit and flexible. This class is balanced, strong, and rigorous so all levels can make progress. Zumba Expand your cultural horizons in a fun and fast workout to popular Latin beats. Spinning Spinning is the name of the comprehensive indoor cycling training system created by ultra-marathon cyclist Johnny G, for people of all fitness levels. Led by a trained instructor, Spinning program rides combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training in specified Energy Zones. Kid's Room Sportsite Kid's Room provides activities and child care for members & non-members.
