Metrowest Academy of Jiu Jitsu

Welcome to the Metrowest Academy located in Natick Center.
We specialize in Martial Art classes that guarantee in not only street application self defense, but also character development for kids from ages 3-103.
For kids ages 3-6, we offer the Little Ninjas program.
For those ages 6-12, we offer Kids Jiu Jitsu. Both classes feature the acclaimed "POWerful Words" and Mat Chats program.
For adults, we offer American Jiu Jitsu and Tai Kickboxing. American Jiu Jitsu is a modern day, real world application of the same art that the more fearsome warriors in history trained in. Likewise, the Tai Kickboxing class is based on the renowned fighters of Thailand.
For the fitness enthusiast, we offer full service personal training in our customized studio, the Total body Shaping Challenge, as well as personalized nutritional counseling.
The Total Body Shaping Challenge is a fun and intensive 10 week program for both men and women that emphasizes health, fitness and flexibility.
These classes combine strength and flexibility training with cardio workouts. Led by an energetic, exciting, and knowledgeable instructor, each 50 minute class is taught to vibrant and lively music.
