The Company was founded by Ana Cafua and started from scratch in 2001 with zero employees and zero customers. Since that date, it has grown to become one of Massachusetts largest independent house cleaning company. In 2003 the company was incorporated and hired Ana as Quality Control Manager. In 2004 Ana implemented the use of House Cleaning Alliance's Certification Training Systems for better training of employees and managers.
We are the only house cleaning company in the city to employ a full-time quality manager dedicated to checking the quality of house cleaning assignments and continuously evaluating Team Leaders, on a full-time basis.
Princess Maid Service is not yet the most popular house cleaning service, but we plan to be.

Thorough cleaning includes using two vacuums in every home (upright, plus backpack for edges, hardwood floors, stairs, and upholstery), cleaning baseboards, high dusting, cleaning doors, washing all floors and cleaning other things in your home which other maid services classify as extra housekeeping chores.

We use two vacuums in every home (including edges and hardwood and tiled floors, sofas and chairs). we never use brooms or dry mops.
Special treatment on floors and baseboards. Yes all flloors washed.
Dust furniture, sills, ledges, woodwork, ceiling fans and wall hangings
Dust window blinds, clean doorknobs, and light switches
Make beds / change linens
Clean shine and disinfect bathroom, including fixtures, counter tops and floors
Clean kitchen, including sinks, appliance exteriors, countertops, items on countertops, cabinet fronts, and table and chair legs
Load dishwasher if empty and wash inside microwave
Empty trash containers
Other tasks such as garages, ovens / grills, under heavy furniture and appliances, windows and walls, inside refrigerators and ovens can be incorporated into your regular assignment and included in your price quote, or charged separately as add-ons from time to time upon your request.
