When your children are sick and weak the last thing you want to have to do is to get them up, get them dressed, and bundle them up for a trip to the doctor.
All services are covered by your health insurance.

In most cases I have all the necessary equipment available to help your child:
If your child has a high fever, I can determine whether it is the result of a serious infection, and then perform the necessary tests and administer the appropriate treatments.
I can relieve respiratory difficulties from either asthma or croup.
If your child has a non-life threatening injury, you do not necessarily need to go to an emergency room.
Did you know that most lacerations can be treated without need for anesthesia? We can provide a recently developed technology utilizing medical adhesives in the place of ordinary stitches.
There is always 24 hours coverage by covering physician should I be not available.

| My experience:
The doctor calls to remind of an appointment for my child at 8:15am the next day.
I show up at 8am, and find the office closed and locked.
At 8:35am, with the office closed and locked, I decide the doctor is not going to be in.
The doctor calls and chews out my wife for missing the appointment in a message.
When called on the fact that WE were there and HE wasn't, he doesn't apologize, but just sets up another appointment.
We decide we would rather go to a less abusive doctor, and he holds our childs medical records hostage.
The records issue has still not been resolved.
We will not be returning to this doctor, and I don't suggest you pick him up either. |

| We trust Dr. Stavitsky with the health of our two boys (6 and 1) and never had any problems with his knowledge, judgement, work ethics and attitude. He's been there for us every step of the way since our first son was born. He's made numerous home visits when our son had high fever on a very short notice. Igor never rushes you out of the office and listens to all of your questions -- believe me, we had many. He was one of the first docs to use latest technology to send prescriptions to pharmacy electronically, so we were able to get them faster. Doctor has always returned our phone calls and emails in timely manner. Dr. Stavitsky has consistently provided us with great service and I would highly recommend his practice to anyone. |

| I am mom of three and we have been seeing Dr. Stavitsky for the more than 6 years. Dr Stavitsky is incredibly knowledgeable, competent and an excellent diagnostician. He cares about my children, listen, respond to our needs, and available when we need him. I am very comfortable with his general practice philosophy and position on breastfeeding, vaccination, discipline, child emotional development, using prescribed and over the counter medications, etc., and found what his recommendations are always appropriates. Dr. Stavitsky is a doctor, who examined my newborn after delivery, got my older kids through allergies and asthmatic bronchitis, answered my “panic” phone calls during weekends, and counseled the orthopedic surgeon choice to operate my son’s wrist fracture. Last but not least, his assistants are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the office location and hours are very convenient, appointments have been scheduling immediately upon requests, and calls are answering promptly. I feel that our doctor is a long-term partner for our family.

| From the home visit for my newborn (who wants to take their newborn to the waiting room filled with sick children?), to the "sick visit" to my children's daycare, Dr. Stavitsky has always been there to calm me down and give 100% correct diagnosis. Dr. Stavitsky is very approachable and all calls are returned immediately. Although he is a solo practitioner, this has never been an issue as other doctors are always readily available upon his absence. My children enjoy a nice waiting room filled with age appropriate toys, as I enjoy an easy access to and from main streets with plenty of free parking. Dr. Stavitsky does not overbook his appointments, so my children do not have to share the waiting room with other sick kids. Thank you for everything.

| We've been going to Dr. Stavitsky for over 3 years, since our son was born. We have nothing but good things to say about Igor and his practice. He's attentive, knowledgeable and have provided us (new parents) with wealth of information and support. Unlike most modern doctors, he's not eager to immediately dismiss your questions or concerns, or prescribe something just because it will make us, the parents, feel better: he actually listens to and understands parents' concerns and explains his thoughts and actions in a way that we can understand.
I am not sure what the negative reviews above are based on, but we are completely satisfied with Dr. Stavitsky's practice and will continue to bring our child there. There are plenty of other doctors around, but despite the fact that we live good 40+ miles away, we will continue to go to Igor's office for many years to come. |

| Dr. Stavistky is an outstanding pediatrician. My children have been his patients for over ten years.
He is always attentive and easy to reach. He returns all of the phone calls quickly and efficiently. Every time we need an appointment, he finds time to see us. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful pediatrician. |

| Dr. Stavitsky has been my children's pediatrician for over more than 7 years. He is very experienced and attentive doctor. He makes home visits which is priceless when your child is sick. Always returns phone calls. I am glad to have him treat my children. |

| I was happy with Dr. Stavitsky taking care of my 6 children for over 10 years. if you have to take 3 sick kids with a fiver plus 2 younger ones to the overcrowded office, you learn to appreciate house calls. Dr. Stavitsky was really helpful and understanding over all this years, making house call at all hours, sometimes after his work hours. They can make an emergency appointment the same day, or just tell you to come over as soon as you can.
And you do not have sick kids in the same waiting room, what is great at the flu season.
Caring, patient, competent doctor. Definitely will recommend to everyone. |

| We've been taking my kids to Dr. Stavitsky for over 8 years and we are
EXTREMELY happy with the practice. First of all Dr. Stavitski
genuinely loves kids and kids can feel it. He always puts my kids at
ease and makes them feel better about less pleasant things like shots.
As a parent I LOVE the fact that Dr. Stavitski always attentive and
takes time to listen to me and to kids and then to explain the
situation and answer our questions. I never felt rushed during our
appointments and I always feel that I got doctors undivided
attention.
Dr. Stavitski is very knowledgeable and always provides us with
information beyond the simple "checklist". He always looks ahead and
takes into account potential problems/scenarios. I've received
information about latest research that is related to my child specific
needs verbally as well as in print outs.
When I call during weekends or late hours I always get a prompt call
back. On many occasions when I call with the problem on the weekend
Dr. Stavitsky will ask us to come in into the office to see him rather
then sending us to ER.
Over the years I have not had any reason to be unhappy with the
practice. Having a pediatrician I can fully trust to make the right
decision for my children is just wonderful! |
