Charles River Dental Associates IDENTITY & GOALS.
Charles River Dental Associates is a group practice composed of general dentistry practitioners as well as specialists. Our group makeup and team approach to practice enable us to provide you virtually the complete range of oral health care services in a single unique setting: - prevention;
- early intervention;
- rehabilitation;
- long term dental health maintenance.
All of which with an emphasis on patient education and a commitment to enhancing esthetics. This includes such services as hygiene, fillings, crowns, bonding, bridges, implants, bleaching, periodontal care, orthodontic care, children's dentistry, root canals and cosmetic dentistry. Major oral surgery would be referred to members of the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Our overall goal is to optimize our patients long term: - comfort;
- esthetics;
- functional oral health.
We are committed to the delivery of care in a sensitive and caring manner and especially to creating a sense of confidence and trust.
FINANCIAL POLICIES.
We request payment at the time of treatment. If you wish, you may use Visa or MasterCard, cash or check. A financial plan can be developed with patients for whom extensive dental treatment is planned.
We do apply a 1.5% interest charge per month on all accounts that are over 30 days.

| I have had my dental care done at Charles River Dental for around 12 years. About two weeks ago I went to have an annual proceedure done. In the past I was always charged approximately 200.00. Well, this time he charged me $550.00!!!!!! I know we are all in a recession, but this type of greed is unbelievable. I'm sure people are putting dental care at the end of their list of expenses, as I saw not one person in his waiting room. I also asked him a question, and before answering he neglected to inform me he would be charging me a consultation fee of 126.00. The answer he gave me was right out of my medical record which I assumed I paid for when the proceedure was first done. I will never go back and have found another dentist who assured me he would charge me the orginal price. |
