Gold Living, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Zhenzhen Zhang and Deguang He. They are licensed acupuncturists and herbalists trained in both Eastern and Western Medicine, with over 40 years of combined experience. The Clinic and Pharmacy are located just outside Boston, in Waltham, Massachusetts.
About Us
Dr. ZhenZhen Zhang is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist. Dr. Zhang was a medical doctor in China and has eight years of training in both Eastern and Western Medicine. She graduated from Hebei Medical College and the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the leading institute for TCM in China. She is especially skilled at providing acupuncture with herbal medicine for the treatment of both internal and external conditions, specializing in the treatments of OB/GYN and allergy diseases. Dr. Zhang has over 25 years of clinical experience in China, Japan and the United States. She is also a professor and clinical supervisor at the New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, Massachusetts, and practice in Women’s Health Center of Salem Hospital in Danvers, Massachusetts.
Dr. Deguang He is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist and was a medical doctor in China. He is the first person in China to ever receive a Master's Degree in Medical Qigong & Acupuncture. He has eight years of training in both Eastern and Western Medicine and over 23 years of clinical experience in China, Soviet Union, Japan and the United States. He is a Qigong instructor and clinical supervisor at the New England School of Acupuncture in Watertown, Massachusetts.
Conditions Treated
Traditional Chinese medicine is successfully used for a wide range of conditions.
The following disorders are most commonly treated and good results are obtained by our practioners:
Skin (adults or children): eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, urticaria, unknown reason sores, and boils. The herbs applied to treat the skin condition may use both internally and externally with topical application. We have succeeded in treating many cases of chronic serious skin diseases.
Gastro-intestinal problems: stomach ulcers, acid reflux (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, ulcerative colitis, and hemorrhoids
Gynecological conditions: pre-menstrual syndrome (PMS) and dysmenorrhoea (Painful period), endometriosis, infertility, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts
Hepatitis and HIV: there are some promising results that have been obtained for treatment of Hepatitis C, and cases of HIV

Joints and muscular pain or weakness: arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, sciatica pain and more
Urinary conditions: chronic cystitis, urinary tract infection (UTI), urgency/frequent urination, frequent night urination, urine incontinence and more
Psychological / nerve system problems: depression, anxiety, and stress insomnia, headaches and more
Children's diseases: ADHD, bed-wetting, allergies and more
Cancer: Very good results have been obtained with Chinese medicine in treating cancers, it could minimize the side effects of western drugs; support the immune system, maintain good quality of life style, fight cancer cells.
Male complaints: male impotence, prostate disorders, such as those accompanied by frequent urination or dribbling after urination.
Other conditions: hair loss, premature gray hair, chronchronic fatigue syndromes, restless leg syndrome Fibromyalgia, obesity and more.
