Manuel Amaral, owner and operator of MJ Amaral & Associates is a former Law Enforcement officer of 18 years holding the rank of Sergeant (Uniformed Division) and was also the Civil Defense Coordinator.
Mr. Amaral performed various volunteer services with the Auxiliary Police and is a former Officer Survival Instructor with the Massachusetts Police Training Council and Barnstable County Police Academy.
Mr. Amaral has attained the following qualifications:
Basic Life Support/CPR instructor for the American Heart Association.
Officer Survival -Civil Emergency Management from the California Specialized Training Institute.
FBI Fingerprint Classification (Basic & Advanced).
Mr. Amaral's military background stems from the US Navy/Admirals where he received an honorable discharge. He is presently in his 3rd year as a licensed Private Detective in Massachusetts and currently working in all phases of criminal and civil investigations, having experience working and networking with the U.S. Secret Service.
Mr. Amaral has been a well respected member of the Law Enforcement community in South Eastern Massachusetts for many years as well as establishing himself in the local medical community. Having served for both private concerns and for the Federal Government, Mr. Amaral and M.J. Amaral & Associates utilize not only the tried and true techniques of this highly specialized and ever evolving business of investigations, executive protection and security, they also have at their disposal the state of the art equipment and training necessary to successfully facilitate your individual security needs.
