| BUYER BEWARE!
I purchased from Furniture Consignment Gallery a high-end bed that was advertised to be a certain brand. I bought it from out-of-state without seeing it in person because I thought I was buying from a reputable company and could believe what was advertised. After receiving the bed, I determined it was not the brand advertised. Furniture Consignment Gallery "allowed" me to return the bed for a refund, but refused to compensate me in any way for the hundreds of dollars I spent on shipping the bed both ways. |

| I have been emailing David (not sure if he is the owner)about the desk that they sold. They sold it back in MARCH. He asked me to write a letter for payment which I did and still nothing. I am wondering if he does this to all of the customers.

| The owners real name is Michael Bayles and he is a true scam artist. I consigned a house full of items with him and he never paid me anything. He has told me about four different names. He shouldnt be trusted under any circumstances. He also is the former owner of Malden Pawn which got shut down for illeagal practices. |
