The Boston Design Center has just over 150,000 square feet dedicated as unique office space on the two top floors of the center.
The building is home to key office tenants such as Boston Medical Healthnet, Creative Office Interiors, Puma North America, and George B.H. Macomber as well as other important tenants: Conventures, Fortress Corporation, Kor Group, and Yellowfin Direct Marketing.
The Boston Design Center provides our office tenants with fantastic views of the city skyline and Boston Harbor. The building is centrally located on south Boston's waterfront just minutes from downtown and Logan Airport. We are adjacent to the new Boston Convention Center and Black Falcon Cruise Terminal and minutes to the Seaport Hotel.
