Dr. Mitchell J. Bellucci established Women’s Healthcare in Milford, MA in 1988.
Dr. Bellucci is board certified and has received certification from the American College of OB-GYN. He did his residency training at Women & Infants Hospital in Rhode Island. Dr. Bellucci has also been certified through the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine to provide in office ultrasound.
In addition Dr. Bellucci has received intensive training in colposcopy (evaluation of abnormal pap smears) and laser treatment of pre-cancerous condition of the cervix and vagina. Dr. Bellucci has been offering in office bone density scanning and treatment of osteoporosis. He was the first in the area to have a bone density scanning unit in his office.
While Dr. Bellucci was employed by Sturdy Memorial Hospital he received the highest award for patient satisfaction in both 2001 and 2002.
Dr. Bellucci is a native of New York. He came to Massachusetts in 1986 after receiving training at the university of Nebraska. His office is located on Route 140 in Milford, MA, next to the Dairy Queen. Dr. Bellucci always tries conservative management approach to patient’s problems and is not afraid of alternative medicines such as herbal therapies and in fact employs a massage therapist for pregnant women as well as patients with chronic pain and fatigue. Infertility
Dr. Bellucci provides in office intrauterine insemination, follicle surveillance. He is skilled in laparoscopy which can be done both at Milford and Sturdy hospitals.
Prenatal
Dr. Bellucci is Board certified by ACOG. He is welcoming new patients at his 192 West Street address.
Menopause
Dr. Bellucci both diagnosis and treats osteoporosis. We have an in office bone density scanner. Patients are booked on Mondays and Fridays and are seen immediately afterwards for consultation.

We also provide Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is most often used for armpits, facial hair and bikini areas.
In general, it takes three sessions for greater than 50% reduction in hair follicles. These treatments will not be covered by your insurance.
Depending on the area a session will cost approximately $150 - $250.
Our esthetician, Cheryl, has a long history of working with these lasers in both hair removal and skin rejuvenation. It is also excellent for removal of small spider veins. Patients will be required to attend a 30 minute consult to go over the indications and evaluate your hair and skin type. Although many salons are offering laser therapy, there are proposed regulations in Massachusetts that require patients be treated under the care of a physician.
