The Coolidge Corner Clubhouse

A restaurant is a smile on your face when you are two waitresses short. A new pair of pants with Blue Cheese dressing and Ketchup stains all over them. It's shaking hands with the manager of the Red Sox one minute then using the plunger to unclog the bathroom sink the next. It's smiling at the first customers through the door on a Sunday morning with only two hours of sleep from the night before. It's treating strangers like family every weekend while your 3 kids ask their mom, "When is Daddy coming home?"

To be successful in the restaurant business you have to have the finesse of an art collector combined with the fortitude and skill of a master plumber. But a restaurant can make you feel like you won the World Series, the Super Bowl, and an Oscar - all rolled into one when you hear those heart warming words; "That was the best meal I ever had...We will be back!"

The Coolidge Corner Clubhouse opened its doors 19 years ago with a promise to its guests; To be a "Superior Sports Bar and Pub." These words have been in our front window since the day we opened. A belief in a concept and a location when no one else believed was a driving force behind The CCC. We started with 5 TV's and an old fashioned giant satellite dish out back. Now there are 20 LCD HDTV's each with its own satellite receiver, hundreds of channels to get any game you could want, and Wi-Fi internet access! But no matter how much technology helps us move forward, the words on the front window have NEVER changed and they never will.
