Chef Toby T. Hill, together with the creative direction of acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Schlow, present 606 Congress at the new Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, located in the revitalized South Boston Waterfront district.
606 Congress, designed by Washington D.C.-based Adamstein & Demetriou, takes inspiration from the nearby waterfront with elegant aquatic themes, polished dark wood, natural and organic tones and fabrics, and spacious booths.
Striking architectural elements include vaulted ceilings, an exhibition kitchen, communal chef's table and decorative floor-to-ceiling wine racks. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, a bar and lounge area, and two private dining rooms with entrances street-side and via the Renaissance Boston Waterfront.
Hotel lobby
Locally and nationally celebrated chef and restaurateur Michael Schlow of Radius, Via Matta, Great Bay and Alta Strada, lends his culinary expertise to offer a blend of comforting classics and contemporary interpretations. Chef Toby T. Hill, formerly of notable Boston and Cape Cod dining destinations including Spire at the Nine Zero hotel and the Fireplace restaurant in Brookline, oversees the restaurant's kitchens and day-to-day operations.
Events
With two private dining rooms and indoor/outdoor seating, 606 Congress can host all styles of events, such as business meetings, corporate gatherings, holiday receptions, birthday bashes, and graduation celebrations. 606 Congress can accommodate groups with as few as 8 guests to groups with more than 25 guests. Our team will help you select the perfect setting and meet any special requirements.
606 Congress serves lunch and dinner indoors, at the bar and lounge, on the outdoor patio, or in our private dining rooms. Valet parking is available.
"Sip ‘n Slide" at 606 Congress
Celebrate Summer Specialty Sliders and Seasonal Sippers
Sip ‘n Slide is a new menu featuring savory sliders paired with specialty "mocktails" of fresh non-alcoholic beverages. Chef Toby T. Hill has created a mini sandwich and beverage trio perfect for a light bite for one or to sample and share with a group of friends in the restaurant or on the newly-opened terrace.
