| The shadiest towing experience of my life. I would never advise anybody to let these monsters handle your vehicle. I would rate them negative 5 stars if I could.
Yes, my mind slipped this week and I was towed for street cleaning. After my payment was processed I was told to wait for about 10 minutes. This was at 7pm and the body shop was closed. What is there to prepare for??? Finally another nervous looking man came and led me through the darkened auto shop and then directed to "go up the stairs, your car will be outside, take the exit ramp to leave..have a good night..." and was gone. The fact they cannot even be in sight when you approach your recently towed car is incredibly off putting. Sure enough, after driving for two minutes my car starts making a noise it has never made before. I call right away to rant and the man has the nerve to tell me "it must be a coincidence, couldn't be the tow. You will have to bring it to a dealership." If I wasn't inconvenienced and set back financially enough (after noticing my car was towed a day late, I dished out $165 plus a $40 ticket), now I have to seek further car repair!? I'm still making car payments on this! I know these guys hear it all the time and I feel so used and helpless.
**Later tonight I realized an ipod I had in my center console is also missing. These people are downright crooks and cowards. They need to be taken down. |
