We feature fiction and non-fiction adult books, children books and sale books. Our sale books offer savings up to 75% off. Our book categories include fiction, inspirational, women studies, gay/lesbian studies, religion/philosophy, history, art/photography, poetry, music/cinema/theatre, and biographies. Our extensive children's department is divided into three main categories: early reader for preschool to 2nd grade; middle reader for grades 3 through 5; and older reader for grades 6 and up. This section also features; multicultural books, educational posters, music, games, and puzzles in addition to a superb selection of children's books in Spanish. Our mission of celebrating world culture is reinforced through our offerings of crafts from around the world, world music, a selection of African sculptures, textiles, and art posters and prints that feature a variety of artists. We hope that your visit to our site will be both enjoyable as well as educational. JAMAICAWAY BOOKS & GIFTS prides itself on its selection of resources for educators. These include books that are suitable for the classroom, posters with a strong educational component, and educational videos. Our main ethnic categories are: Africana Studies; Latino Studies; Jewish Studies; Native-American Studies; Asian Studies; Middle Eastern Studies; and Irish Studies. We also have an extensive selection of books in Spanish. Our goal is to break down the barriers that separate us ethnically, racially, and economically.
