| Extremely disappointed in this business. I received a gift certificate for car detailing and was very excited. The day before my appointment, I told them that I had a time constraint that had turned up and the attendant assured me that the car would be ready in 2 hours. On the appointed time, I reminded them that I had an appointment in Boston and needed to be out in 2 hours. This did not happen. The car wasn't ready and I was late for my appointment. As I drove about a mile down Route 20, I noticed that my windshield was cracked. I immediately pulled over and called them. The attendant wanted me to come right back, but I explained that I was already running late for my appointment in Boston, and would return the following day.Later that day I noticed that an item that had been on my front seat was not longer there. When I got home @ 5 PM, I called them to acquire about the item. They told me they would deliver it to my house. When I returned from my second job @ 10 PM, the item was not delivered.. The next day I drove down there, and they looked at my windshield and told me that I could easily have it fixed by my insurance company without any penalty to me. Is this any way to run a business? |
