| Having been to other Waltham area repair shops, I never felt well informed regarding the services being performed on my vehicles. At times I wondered if I was being taken advantage of. Several times I had to bring my vehicles in for "redo" repairs. Finally, I took my car to Boston Muffler and Brake.
The mechanics at Boston Muffler and Brake are extremely knowledgeable and able to explain their services in layman terms. They are very courteous and never push repairs unless absolutely necessary to maintain safety. The waiting area is very comfortable, clean and bright. I have never had to bring my vehicle back for additional repairs once the service has been completed. I am impressed that the repairs have always been completed in an efficient and timely manner. I am pleased to have made Boston Muffler and Brake my family automotive repair shop. |
