Benning Associates LLC
Benning Associates goal is to be a differentiated M&A boutique and trusted long-term advisor to our clients, providing sound advice and not simply expedient answers.
Our expertise is different. Our public: private mix of completed deals is 50:50. Our buyside mix is 1/3:2/3. Twenty-five percent of our deals have had cross-border clients or counterparties. Big banks often consider "small" deals good training for junior staff. To our clients, no deal is small, and every deal is important. The middle market is where we have built our record of client successes.
At Benning Associates, our transaction experience is different from most boutiques. We've closed more deals. We have more public company experience. More buy-side experience. More cross-border experience. More special committee experience.
More is better. More means we give better advice. Better advice that in turn generates more shareholder value and less transaction risk. That's why M&A specialists at leading law firms recommend BA's senior bankers to their clients.
At Benning Associates, we believe that more experience is better, but more overhead isn't. We are different. We have a different client service model. We are hands on. We have more use for laptops and smart phones than fancy offices.
Technology has changed investment banking. We can do so much more with so much less. We have more time to understand your business. To listen. To learn your concerns and develop a strategy and approach that optimizes your objectives.
