Hotels: All of our hotels are well-located and of a 3- or 4-star standard. Students are accommodated in triple rooms. Group leaders are commodated in singles and doubles.
Meals: Groups genuinely enjoy the meals we provide. The varied menus reflect local cuisine and are an important part of the cultural experience. Please let us know if you have a special favorite besides Canard a l’Orange, Paella or Scaloppine al Vino Bianco.
Journey Directors: Your Journey Director will be a valued colleague throughout your program. They will provide lively educational insights and activities every day while managing all the travel logistics. We put them in contact with our group leaders before the trip starts so that they can better understand the needs of each group. Many of them stay in contact with the group leaders long after the trip ends.
Single Rooms: We provide one single room for each group of 15 travelers or more.
Cell Phones: All of our group leaders are provided with cell phones throughout their trips to Europe.
Guaranteed Departures: We guarantee your departure date. We use all leading scheduled carriers from gateways throughout the USA, and don’t change dates or make you select a second or third choice of trips.
Your Own Group: You are guaranteed your own group with 25 travelers, and we are happy to make special arrangements if your group is smaller.
Educationally Enhanced Activities: We include educationally enhanced activities such as role plays, treasure hunts, quiz shows, dancing lessons, cooking lessons and language immersion.
Dalanced Itineraries: Every eTrav itinerary is rich and full, but there is still time for spontaneous exploration and just enjoying the ambience.
Scholarships: Choose one person in each group who is deserving and you may award them a 20% scholarship discount. Special discounts are also available for colleagues, children, and spouses. Discounted travelers do not count towards free trips or stipends. Two $2500 scholarships are also awarded each year. Please contact us for detail.
