Newton Montessori School
At Newton Montessori School, the diversity of our parent community is reflected in our staff as well. The staff comes from all over the globe and speaks numerous languages. Additionally, the staff represents a variety of different religions, cultures, ethnicities, and lifestyles. From their many differing backgrounds these professionals come together to bring the Montessori philosophy to life everyday in every classroom.
In all our classrooms we have lead teachers with strong Montessori backgrounds. They have received Montessori teaching credentials from Montessori training programs around the world. At NMS we embrace a co-teaching model, often having more than one of the classroom teachers certified as a Montessori teacher, offering the students a deeper and broader experience.

| My children had an outstanding experience at Newton Montessori. The teachers are loving and really committed. The Montessori curriculum brought out the independence in our kids and they love school! Also there is other curriculum like art, Spanish, woodworking and music which are as good or better than more expensive private schools in the area. The parent community is very international and diverse and just very cool to be a part of. The after school program was key for our family since both parents work -- our kids could have piano lessons, take a cooking class and learn Chinese after school -- one stop shopping. Highly recommend! |
