The Altered Bride
For the bride seeking a truly unique bridal experience, consider our Custom Couture label. Gown is made-to-measure and custom-designed to the bride’s individual specifications.
The experience begins with a individual, paid consultation with Salon Owner, Roseanna Martino. Known for her design sensibility and restoration expertise, she will discuss the feasibility of creating the gown - which can be designed from the bride’s vision, influenced by a picture, or personalized from an existing gown in the collection .
Included are Complimentary Services such as take-away sketch and fabric swatches, monogramming, hand-delivery or shipping, and pick-up after the ceremony, should the bride have her creation cleaned and preserved.
Most brides do not know the potential of the gown or veil worn by someone such as their mother or grandmother. For some brides, it is a matter of restyling and/or cleaning. For others, fitting a gown may be more complicated as sizes and shapes change from generation to generation. Many brides may have difficulty salvaging a poorly preserved garment and heirloom veils are often discolored, torn, or styled inappropriately for today's bride.
