Physical Therapy Solutions
Teaching patients to solve their aches and pains.
At Physical Therapy Solutions we uncover the why behind what hurts, then design a step-by-step program the patient can do at home to achieve excellent results.Each patient is a puzzle. Helping the patient solve their own puzzle brings their body back into balance decreasing pain, restriction of motion, motor deficits and balance deficits. By re-balancing the body, the patient can again function at their greatest potential.
Physical Therapy Solutions is a 2,500 sq. ft. facility, serving the Centerville-Osterville-Marstons Mills and surrounding communities. We offer convenient and flexible scheduling to meet each patient’s needs. Early and late appointments are available, as well as a “no wait list” policy.
Our focus is firstly on providing excellent care that achieves outcomes for each patient. Secondly we are committed to completing the administrative aspects of providing PT care to make the “business” of PT unobtrusive. Customer service is crucial to the experience of each patient. Kristin Terkelsen, DPT, is the owner and clinic director of Physical Therapy Solutions. Kristin brings 8+ years of experience in sports medicine, orthopedics and geriatrics. Kristin received her Bachelors of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Glasgow, Scotland. She earned her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions before continuing on the receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH IHP.
She has a strong background in manual therapy, functional exercise and treatment of patients in the geriatric population. She is highly committed to providing individualized patient care leading to optimal functional outcomes. Kristin was part of Physiotherapy Associates for 8+years. She had the opportunity to open and successfully manage their Dennis clinic for 3 years before opening Physical Therapy Solutions. Kristin is ready to provide that same high level of care she provided to her patients, while running an efficient customer focused PT practice.
Kristin is originally from Centerville. She is excited to be back in her hometown to grow a business in the community that she grew up in.

| Kristin and her entire team are the nicest and most professional physical therapists in the whole world. The work with you in a manner that challenges you to do better but that also recognizes your personal needs. They were of tremendous help getting me ready for dual total replacement surgery and then helping me rehabilitate for months afterwards.
