McAndrew Sr. and Jr., McAndrew`s Electronics has provided quality repair service on televisions, radios and other consumer electronics for almost fifty years. John T. McAndrew Jr. owns and operates the business and has over forty-five years experience in the television repair and consumer electronic industry.
McAndrew`s Electronics began repairing televisions and radios when vacuum tubes were being used in place of today`s sophisticated power transistors and ICs. The majority of the business consisted of consumer walk-in or in-home service of televisions and radios.
Today, McAndrew`s specializes in the latest technology including LCD, gas plasma, DLP and projection (PTV) high definition televisions (HDTV). Commercial service is a specialty. Some noted local commercial customers include Hilton and Marriot hotels, Lahey Clinic, CompUSA and Bose.
Consumer walk-ins and in-home service are always available.
