Restoration & Waterproofing
The construction of your building must be considered when developing a restoration of waterproofing solution because inappropriate techniques can have a deleterious effect on the masonry as well as on other building materials. The masonry material or materials must be correctly identified. It is sometimes difficult to distinguish one type of stone from another; certain sandstones can be easily confused with limestones. Or, what appears to be natural stone may not be stone at all, but cast stone or concrete. Masonry includes a wide range of building materials materials including natural mineral   as well as artificial products such as brick, block, and tile. Our focus in on brick restoration. That is, we strive to return the brick and mortar to its original look and make sure the building is waterproofed and sealed when we are finished. We also, replace heads and sills, restore window trim (paint and refinish or replace when needed). We provide commercial and residential snow plowing as well.
