Our project profiles
Laboratories and Offices for Research & Development
AEI provided complete design/build renovations to an existing 25,000 square foot building, demolished down to the shell and reconstructed to house the Research and Development Facility.
Laboratories, including chemistry, analytical, scale up and quality control, as well as an animal facility and administrative offices were constructed. Scope of work ranged from new utilities and structural steel to building facades and interior finishes.
Corporate Lobby & Board Room
AEI completed a top to bottom retrofit of this 150,000 square foot building. The work included a new lobby, board room, offices, cafeteria and data center.
Mechanical rework, along with a backup generator and UPS equipment for the data center, presented special challenges.
Laboratories & Clean Rooms
AEI performed complete building and laboratory renovations to include Purification Suites, BioAssay Labs, clean rooms, process development labs and mechanical retrofit. As General Contractor, AEI provided preconstruction services for budgeting, scheduling and procurement of long lead items.
