We stock several thousand comic book trade paperbacks, so it might be better to think of us as a 'comic bookstore.' Nearly everything in the store is cover price - the only time we may raise the price of an item is if we had to pay more to restock it. |

Comicopia We like to think of our motto as, "Highbrow, lowbrow...and everything in between." We stock as wide a variety of material as possible, so whether you're into Acme Novelty Library or X-Men (or even both!), we should have something you'd enjoy.
If you're in the greater Boston area, we're pretty easy to locate. If you can't find what you're looking for and you can't make it into the store, we also do mail order. We don't have a catalog, but just drop us a line and we'll take it from there.
We also have a weekly newsletter which lists highlights for that week's new comics as well as other interesting news and information such as sales, signings or shipping delays.
Services
Mail Order:
We ship anywhere in the world that's reachable by US Postal Service. You pay exact shipping so we have no incentive to charge you extra. We can mail you the receipt for the shipping (at no additional cost) if you prefer. We'll try to pick the rate which balances speed with price, but we'll welcome any input from you.
We accept all major credit cards.
Note: Massachusetts residents pay 5% sales tax on trade paperbacks, action figures, videos, DVDs, games, CCGs, statues and anything else that qualifies, but not on periodicals or t-shirts.
Subscriptions:
If you're local, we can hold comics on a regular basis. The only requirements are that you have at least ten titles, you give us a valid credit card number and that you come in at least once a month.
Holds:
We'll be happy to hold most in-stock items on a short-term basis without a deposit, as long as you can give us a reasonable date when you can pick them up. Just call us or send us an email, but we'll need your phone number so we can reach you.
Special Orders:
If an item is slightly unusual (DVD, T-shirt, statue, action figure, etc.) we can reserve it with a 50% deposit. We'll contact you when it arrives.
